On January 20, 2020, Steel Reef gained ownership and operatorship of the Shaunavon gas plants. The two plants: Rapdan and Leitchville are located in the Shaunavon area of southwest Saskatchewan. Shaunavon has a combined licenced capacity of 26 MMcf/d, with Rapdan and Leitchville each having a licenced capacity of 12 MMcf/d and Dollard having a licenced capacity of 2 MMcf/d. Steel Reef owns a 100% interest in Shaunavon, and also owns 109 km of gas gathering pipelines connected to Shaunavon.
